We ship WORLDWIDE including Australia, New Zealand, UK, US and Canada

We are offering Free Shipping on all Wedding Garter, Horseshoe and Bouquet charm orders for this month

Most orders take APPROXIMATELY 2 WEEKS to be handmade, THEN they are posted from Sydney Australia,
Please understand as items are hand made to order sometimes they can take a little longer, if you are unsure please contact us

Handmade wedding invitation orders take approximately 4 weeks,
if you are ordering from the UK or US please allow at least 4 -5 WEEKS to receive your order

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

As all of our products are handmade
We have a strict policy on returns and exchanges

Incorrect size (garters):
You may return your order to us if you have chosen the incorrect size
You must insure the package when it is sent back to us (Australia post calls this registered postage)
and also you must pay the return postage which has to be insured, So we can send it back to you.

We accept returns within 15 days of purchase.
You MUST return your item packaged securely in the plastic it arrived in.
If the item gets ruined in the mail when i get it back unfortunately i cannot exchange it.

If you are unhappy with the product:
We accept returns within 15 days of purchase.
We stand by our product and are confident that you will be happy with your purchase.

Please send an email letting me know what the problem is.

The item must be in original "as new" condition.

Shipping charges are NOT refundable.

Customer is responsible for insuring the return order. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.

You MUST return your item packaged securely in the plastic it arrived in.
If the item gets ruined in the mail when i get it back unfortunately i cannot return your money.

There is a 40% restocking fee for orders returned.
(I took the time to hand make your order, paid to have your ribbons personalised, packaged it, and took it to the Post Office, in addition to the processing fees for the website shopping carts, PayPal, etc. which I incur when processing an order.)

Cancellations
If you would like to cancel your order, you have 2 days to cancel after you have sent payment. As we will start making it to order after this time and your bows will be sent away to be printed. If you want to cancel after 2 days have passed you will incur a 40% cancellation fee
